After graduating with a Masters in Renewable Energy at Exeter University Hugo founded a start-up called: ChargedUp – which has gone onto scale across the UK and Europe, raise £5m from the top investors of London, including the Innocent smoothie founders, O2 and Jaegermeister, grow to a team of 50 people within just 3 years. Hugo/ChargedUp have been listed in Forbes 30 under 30, Deloitte Fast 100 StartUp and Best place to work 2020.
