Mark Hudson talks about his experiences of building and investing in high-growth scale-up enterprises (including raising venture capital funding), focusing on two which also achieve positive social and environmental impact (DOT Glasses and Clim8 Invest). His earlier career included strategy consulting (OC&C), private equity investing (Graphite Capital) as well as helping to set up and manage a branded food businesses in East Africa (Tilda Rice). Mark also shares his thoughts on his journey and decisions as he evolved his career in those different areas. As well as the UK he has worked and lived in continental Europe, the USA and East Africa. He has a degree in Modern History from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD business school. He has two sons in The Picton.
