At Wellington, Jeremy was a keen musician, sportsman and Head of College. Following leaving Wellington and having a GAP year in South Africa Jeremy completed his Bachelor of Law degree at Southampton University and LPC at the College of Law.
Jeremy joined Clifford Chance London in 2011 and qualified into the CC Project Finance team in London at the start of 2013. His training contract included a client secondment to Globeleq and a seat in the CC Hong Kong office.
Jeremy was seconded to the CC Dubai office in February 2015 and was a Senior Associate from 2017 to April 2021 and Counsel from the 1st of May. His experience in Dubai includes 7 months in the Export Finance team at HSBC Bank Middle East Limited and he specialises in all types of banking work including export finance, project finance, syndicated lending, Islamic finance, and restructurings.
Jeremy’s presentation provides a wealth of resource for students and young OWs touching on his academic journey to Clifford Chance LLP, what his role as a Senior Associate entailed, what he loves about working in the Law profession and which key skills are needed to be able to work as a lawyer.
