What is your favourite memory/OW story from the telephone campaign?

Whilst at Wellington, an OW was cast in a film that was set at Wellington, called ‘The Lords of Discipline’. For the role, he was required to shave his head, which his mother was not particularly pleased about!

What did you enjoy most about being a caller in the campaign?

I loved talking to OWs about their experiences at Wellington, as well as their careers beyond. I also enjoyed fundraising for such a worthy cause.

What did you personally learn whilst taking part in the campaign?

I learnt a lot about how Wellington has changed over the decades.

Did being in the campaign reiterate/reflect why you wanted to be involved?
