What did you enjoy most about being a caller in the campaign?

I loved hearing about the different experiences OW’s had at Wellington and the numerous career and life advice they shared.

What did you personally learn whilst taking part in the campaign?

I found that a lot of OW’s enjoyed working in smaller businesses rather than large companies as things tend to progress more quickly and they get more responsibility. This resonated with me and has made me investigate career opportunities in smaller companies.

Would you consider being a caller again and would you recommend being a caller to other recent OW leavers if we were to run the campaign again?

I would definitely consider being a caller again and would also encourage other OW’s to do it as well as you have some really nice conversations and the older OW’s are very helpful in giving advice and tips but it’s also so much fun to hear about their time at Wellington and how they progressed in life after leaving.

Did being in the campaign reiterate/reflect why you wanted to be involved?

It definitely did. I am so happy that we were able to reach our donation target with the support of the OW’s and parents and I have had some wonderful conversations with people in our community.
