Naomi Tchesse

Naomi Tchesse (Hg 23) was one of four former pupils of Cumberland School in Newham East London, who were awarded a Prince Albert Foundation Scholarship in 2021.

Naomi graduated from Wellington in the Summer of 2023 and shares her perspective of her time at Wellington.

I’m not yet ready to leave Wellington, so I do hope to come back to see how Wellington changes and develops. But I’m also really looking forward to tap into the passions I’ve explored at Wellington (such as singing!) and see where my life might take me.

I would say I’ve grown a lot as an individual during my two years at Wellington. I brought to Wellington a student who is willing to take on any opportunity, when given, and to flourish in it. Even if I do fail sometimes. The failure is what allows me to flourish.
