“By being a caller in the campaign I enjoyed speaking to a range of people with different career and life paths since leaving Wellington”
What did you enjoy most about being a caller in the campaign?

By being a caller in the campaign I enjoyed speaking to a range of people with different career and life paths since leaving Wellington, having the opportunity to hear about their time at the College whilst picking up interesting and helpful pieces of advice.

What did you enjoy most about being a caller in the campaign?

How to interact well with older people and have interesting conversations whilst being able to build a rapport and connect with them. This is a life skill that I think is really important to learn as a young person soon to go into the workplace and therefore I will need to be able to build relationships with more senior colleagues and clients.

Did being in the campaign reiterate/reflect why you wanted to be involved?

Yes, for sure. I knew I would enjoy speaking to OW’s, picking up advice on a wide range of careers. The Prince Albert scholarship programme itself is also an incredible foundation and this is something that became more apparent during the training process hearing from some of the current/past recipients.
