On Saturday 13th May we welcomed Ian Morris back to give a pastoral talk on Emotions. Understanding the human emotion system is central to living a good life. The talk gave an overview of how the system works, how it can be managed and how understanding the emotions matters in resilience, ethics, relationships and conflict resolution.
