Decision is an organisation that is dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged adolescents across the UK by inspiring and motivating them to strive in life by pursuing a passion. Currently we run a mentoring programme in local schools, where we take our network of high profile, inspirational speakers from a range of professions to work closely with the school pupils in the hope that these students will be motivated to go on and achieve great things. We hope to light the spark inside them that drives them to work hard and achieve success.
